The Company required an electronic method of managing their printed technical articles. The development for this project involved creating a full online word-processing system providing a multi-user online article management system.

The database backend provides easy management of users through an access control list, and also allows restricted access to an individual article depending on which sub-domain and client has been selected.

The administrative backend provides full version control of documents, editorial control and scheduled publishing of all articles. Also integrated into this system was a mass e-mailer capable of producing weekly reports of newly added articles and sending them to all subscribed users.
