• Research of the market for Home Security Hardware (Locks, Window locks etc), including competitive analysis.
• Identification of gaps in the market, “cost of entry”, marketing and sales requirements, packaging, literature etc.
• Strategic Board Level Presentation of the options and recommendation on “Go” or “No Go”.
